Studio Sign-out Form

The link below will take you to a form that can be used to reserve Studio Space. This form is for students currently enrolled in Theatre and Drama courses and students majoring or getting a certificate in Theatre and Drama (T&D) to sign-out studios for rehearsal use.

Studio Sign-out Form

By receiving access to rehearsal studios, you agree to the following usage rules:

  1. Studios may be booked by students no later than Friday at 2:00pm of the week before the reservation to confirm access at a specific time.
  2. During the week, students without a reservation may use a studio on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  3. Before using a studio, students should confirm that the studio is not scheduled for use by classes or a confirmed booking by checking the door schedule. Schedules are updated by Monday at 9am each week. 
  4. Outdoor shoes are not allowed in rehearsals studios to protect the floors. It is also not recommended to go barefoot to preserve the health and safety of your feet. You may either:
    • Wear socks
    • Bring a pair of clean, indoor shoes
  5. Studios should be returned to a neutral state at the end of use. This includes:
    • Turning off all lights
    • Returning all materials to their original location
    • Raising window covers if they were utilized
    • Turning off all electronics that you utilized
  6. Studio users must be accompanied by a Theatre and Drama student at all times. 
  7. Students are not permitted to loan Wiscards to other students or non-UW affiliated personnel.
